Calan graduated from Texas A&M University- Kingsville with a Bachelors Degree in Wildlife Recreational Entrepreneurship.
While in college, he gained experience on the King Ranch working for a hunting lease on the Laureles Divison.
After college, Calan was the ranch manager/biologist for a 14,000 acre ranch south of San Angelo, Texas.
He then, was hired as a Unit Manager for the King Ranch on the Laureles Division overseeing the cow/calf production and daily operations for his unit and unit cowboys.
Calan has spent time in the outfitting, consulting, cattle ranching, and exotic industry his entire life and strives to provide the upmost professional services.
Calan is a member of many professional organizations to inlclude Texas Southwestern Cattle Raisers, Salt Water Fisheries Associaiton, CCA, Texas Wildlife Association (where he serves on the Texas Big Game Committee), Safari Club International, Board of Directors for Exotic Wildlife Association, and Trophy Game Records of the World (he currently serves on the board of directors and secretary for TGR).

Brittany is originally from Denton but has for a few years now called Kerrville, Tx home. She has a background with the military, nursing home/elderly care, and is currently finishing up college courses to get a degree in Business Administration. She took on the role of Office Manager to help ease the work load a few years

She has a background with the military, nursing home/elderly care, and is currently finishing up college courses to get a degree in Business Administration. She took on the role of Office Manager to help ease the work load a few years ago and she continues to do an excellent job! Calan and Brittany married on April 22nd, 2023, and have four wonderful children together.

Travis, was born in Killeen, TX and raised in the small town of San Saba, TX. He grew up in a ranching family running livestock, hunting, and trapping every chance he had.
Travis, attended Texas A&M Kingsville University and received his Bachelors degree in Wildlife Management.

During and after college, he worked on multiple ranches as an assistant biologist, worked with helicopter captures & surveys, management programs with biologists, was a research assistant for graduate level students and even presented his own undergraduate research project.
Travis, joins the company as our Area Manager- West Texas Division which will help oversee and manage all our operations from Del Rio to El Paso. His duties will include but are not limited to feed/feeder upkeep, management of all company assets, live capture/hauling of Aoudad sheep, trap maintenance, facilities oversight, guiding of hunts, and other general ranch/water infrastructure work.
